Okay the salsa verde may not win on Tuesday, but it rocks nonetheless.
We roasted three poblano peppers and one jalapeno, peeled them and diced them (scraped out the seeds and discarded). Chopped up four tomatillos and scant 1/4C onion and a clove of garlic.
Pureed in a blender to desired consistency (not too smooth, not too lumpy). Salt and pepper to taste, and a squeeze of lime.
Appropriately tangy and slightly hot. I’m going to taste it tomorrow and see if it needs a little something else. Maybe sugar to balance out the tastes?
 Definitely a keeper.
